We provide a CRM product to retailers to help them engage with their customers smartly to motivate their customers to visit them more often and spend more at their outlet. We do this using our PosLink software, which seamlessly integrates with any POS software and connects it to our CRM backend. We provide 3 CRM products:- - Digital Receipt - On-Receipt In Store highly targeted offers - Loyalty Program Using the data collected from these products we provide various customer data and analytics to retailers on our CRM dashboard. Our CRM engine buckets these customers in mico-segments based on their buying trends and then suggests offers which can be targeted to each segment of customers. In future, once we have significant number of retailers using our CRM products and having our PosLink software connecting their POS terminals to our cloud servers, we would open our APIs for developers to build cloud-based apps for retailers using their transaction data stored securely on our cloud.
