The service is also aimed to be real time where initially you get your ride in the next 30 minutes and then gradually reducing this time as we get more traction It is placed somewhere between public transportation and private ride. The customer is someone who cannot afford a taxi on regular basis and is compelled to bear the discomfort of public transport. Secondly, it also solves the challenges of carpooling where people feel uneasy sharing their car and and awkward while doing money transaction between each other.
