Demonstrated for the first time in 125 years a resistive switching mechanism in granular media. This problem was attempted yet remained unsolved by Tesla, Marconi etc. from 1900s and E. Falcon as early as 2010. Marconi even attempted to commercialize the technology and this partially successful technology was even used in Titanic ! Developed a complete new understanding and way of designing resistive ram (memristor). The device is robust and we are able to control its behavior much better. The patent pending technology and fundamental results make it size invariant to design a robust resistive ram.
