BoP Connect builds free markets for the 4Bn global citizens that are overlooked and underserved by corporations and governments. With services currently used by 20,000 clients in 3 countries, BoP Connect is revolutionizing the BOP (Base of the Pyramid) customer segment globally by increasing livelihoods and providing them with access to markets linkages, information and products. We work with field partners to scale a franchise model that provides the enterprise model and tech solution to serve these customers, increase their productivity and incomes, and empower their entry into the formal economy. We apply comprehensive data collection practices which include geographic, demographic and psychographic information. Data collected by our field partners, is then used to create new services, mobile applications and product linkages that better serve our growing customer base.
